Sale Policy

If you have purchased a floor and then your purchased items are put on sale, Ambient will honor the sale price for a period of up to 14 days and we will refund you the difference between the sale price and your purchase price. If you purchased a floor and then your items are put on a Super Deal please see below.

Customers are limited to one promotion per household; you cannot combine our sales promotions.

Super Deals

If you purchased a floor and your items are put on a Super Deal within 10 days these Rules & Regulations apply:

1) All Super Deal items are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns on Super Deal items.
2) Super Deals can not be combined with other discounts (shipping discounts, etc).
3) If you purchased a floor less than 10 days ago you can get a refund for the difference between your purchase price and the Super Deal price. However, you will not be able to return ANY items including moldings/accessories (ALL SUPER DEALS SALES ARE FINAL).
4) Payments on all Super Deals sales purchases are due in full.
